Head to the Sports tab and toggle on the leagues you want to display. Drag them to reorder in the Rotation Order list — the dashboard cycles through them top to bottom, looping back to the start.

• How many sports: Free plans show up to 3, Lite up to 6, Pro and Lifetime unlimited. Extra sports past your limit just don't appear in rotation — no data is lost if you upgrade later.
• Skip empty sports: a toggle in the Sports tab automatically removes a league from rotation when it has no live game, poll, or media to show, then brings it back the moment something's on.
• Auto-select in-season sports (Pro & Lifetime): automatically adds a sport to rotation when its season starts and drops it once it ends, so you never have to remember to toggle NFL off in March. Use the per-sport exclude toggle to keep one out permanently even in season.

In the Appearance tab, upload your bar or business logo and a background image, pick a base/accent/highlight color scheme, choose a font, and select a tile theme (Black, Classic, Neon, Retro, Modern). Your branding shows on every screen and every connected TV.

Custom branding requires Lite, Pro, or Lifetime — free dashboards use BigBoard.Live's default look. Everything you set here applies instantly to every paired TV, no reload needed.

The Rotation tab sets how many seconds each sport stays on screen in total before advancing to the next. If a sport has more games than fit on one screen, it automatically splits into as many pages as it needs, sharing that same total time evenly across them — so a busy Sunday slate doesn't run any longer than a quiet one.

• Per-item override: in the Rotation Order list, give any individual sport, poll, or media item its own hold time instead of the global default — handy for giving your Specials board extra time.
• Pause anytime: click the countdown timer in the dashboard's top-right corner to freeze rotation on whatever's showing, and click again to resume.
• Manual control: the arrow buttons next to the timer step forward or back through your rotation without waiting for the countdown.

Use the Alerts tab to add up to 10 promotional messages, drink specials, or announcements. Each one gets an optional colored prefix (like a label) followed by your message text, and scrolls continuously across the bottom ticker bar. Custom ticker messages require Lite, Pro, or Lifetime — free dashboards show a default welcome message.

On Pro and Lifetime plans, the same ticker also carries automatic Live Game Alerts for the sports in your rotation, woven in alongside your own messages — no setup needed beyond the on/off toggle in the Alerts tab. Every alert is color-coded so you can tell what kind of update it is at a glance:

• Starting Soon: a game in your rotation kicks off within 15 minutes.
• Live: a scheduled game just went live.
• Halftime: the score at the break.
• Lead Change: the lead changes hands — only when it actually flips, not on every point scored, so it won't spam the ticker in a high-scoring game.
• Comeback: a lead change where the team that just took over had erased a big deficit first — the same alert as Lead Change, called out more prominently.
• Overtime: a live game heads to overtime or extra time.
• Delayed: a game is postponed, suspended, or delayed.
• Final: a game ends, tagged (OT), (Close One), or (Blowout) when it applies.
• Upset: a final where the pre-game betting favorite lost — same trigger as Final, called out with sharper wording.

Go to the Devices tab to pair a TV. Open BigBoard.Live on your TV's browser and enter the pairing code, or scan the QR code with your phone. Once paired, the TV automatically syncs with every change you make here in real time — no need to re-pair or refresh.

Every plan includes 1 active TV session; additional simultaneous sessions are available as a $5/mo add-on each if you're running BigBoard.Live on more than one screen at once.

Create live Polls for your patrons to vote on — with results shown as a live donut chart, an optional "Other" write-in response, and a profanity filter you can toggle. Upload promotional images in the Media tab (up to 2MB each, 50MB total storage); they rotate alongside your sports content on the dashboard exactly like another sport would.

Polls and media both require Pro or Lifetime.

BigBoard.Live is a Progressive Web App (PWA). That means you can install it directly from your browser for a fullscreen, app-like experience with no address bar or tabs getting in the way — perfect for TVs and dedicated screens.

Once installed, BigBoard.Live opens instantly in fullscreen, auto-reconnects if the network drops, and stays up to date automatically.

BigBoard.Live is now in the Amazon Appstore and on Google Play. Install it on your Fire TV or Android TV, sign in with the code it shows, and everything you configure here appears on that TV. More platforms are on the way.

On other TVs, use the browser install method above or pair the TV via the Devices tab for the same fullscreen experience.
